Where to attach hoist to my d15b

Just wondering where I can attach the Engine Chains(on Leveler) to my d15b VTEC. I plan on pulling this and want to do it right. The lift chains have little plated attached so that they bolt up correctly.
Also, Will I have to tilt the motor to get it out? I assume I would, if I leave the Transmission on.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

save yourself the trouble and pull tranny and motor same time.

WOrd. I will do that. Much easier to remove when it is out of the car. Thanks
