I'm no parking lot design guru, but I'd think that maybe a fire hydrant shouldn't be placed in the middle of a parking aisle, directly behind one of the parking spots.

I vote a little drive to south west plaza.
We're gonna re-paint the poles with our hella JDM skills. Can't quite decide on what to do with the fire heidrent though...hmmmm dot dot dot
