not to beat a dead horse or anything, but is it possible?

i'm not a huge fan of the 02+ impreza asthetics, but i think the 01 2.5rs coupe looksk fuckin badass, but the n/a motor is kinda weak.


i've also heard that the scoob's trannys are weak. how can it be strengthened?

About 6-9 grand for a dog box from australia. There are cheaper ways but who cares about them...

The swap is possible and quite a few have done it. I think a turbo 2.5 would be bad ass. Some guy in colorado has one. Here is a link Click (http://www.imprezars.com)

the guys name is larry. hes in the springs. some of you guys may have seen him around. last i saw we were both filling up on 93 at farmcrest and he showed me the new water/air IC he was gonna put in.

must be nice haveng that kind of money.

The N/A 2.5 RS' are slow as hell. Never raced a turbo one before tho.

Violator can vouch for the speed on the turbo'd 2.5RS we had on the lot. I didn't get to open her up too much on the lot, but he felt the acceleration in that beeotch. It only sold for 11,600 and I would have that over the Si anyday. (unless I AWD my baby) It was worked on my JC sports if anyone is familiar with that name.

It's all about the turbo 2.5 Subie...sick car. That things wasnt slow at all, I wish I could have felt that thing a WOT...although it was well worth it, and its a very good thing you didnt take any shit for that joyride alex...If you did I could change my name to Driver.

Yea the 2.5rs's look killer. That rules that you can swap a turbo WRX motor in cause my fiance wants either an RS or WRX as her next car :p :p

There was a white turbo 2.5rs here in the springs a couple eyars ago when I had the SI. It was pretty quick. Is that the larry guy you spoke of?
