Started the install on Friday. Way behind my planned schedule at this time. A lot of little pain in the ass problems that caused delays. At any rate I'm having fun with and can't wait to get it done! Taking forever though it seems, hehe :) Here is the page I have that I'm trying to keep updated:

Well I managed to pierce my radiator today while cutting away some of the fan housings. Anyone know if I can patch this thing up? I made another post in tech...Damn this, gonna push boost out even further :(

I've updated my install page with new pics and details of the things going. One thing I've learned so far is, things that don't seem like they would take that long, take a long ass time to do, hehe :) I cannot wait to get this done, but I've got a lot of work to do still. Too bad I have to work 8am-6pm for the next 4 days *sigh* :( Probably going to be the weekend when I get back into things again full time.

Cool. Why didn't you pull the radiator & fans out of the engine bay prior to starting work on it? The add'l room would be nice to work with, and you wouldn't have punched a hole in the radiator. IMHO.
Nice job, tho. Good luck.

Looking back on things that is what I should have done for sure. I think it would have been harder to figure out where to cut the fan housing though. Oh well, guess I'll chalk this one up as a learning experience :) Gonna pull the radiator this week and try to patch it up and get everything else finished. Weekend is my goal :D

It's a Maxrev IC, www.maxrev.com. Most of my stuff is from Maxrev, the IC, piping, manifold, oil return/feed lines, etc. Turbo is Garrett/Allied signal and the rest I have been piecing together since March of this year...
Good lick????
I think he was referring to the war wounds on my wrist, haha

What turbo kit did you go with or is it all custom?
justin

The "kit" is Maxrev kit. Basically turbo, manifold, dp, intercooler+piping, bov, wastegate, and oil lines. Fuel system and everything else I came up with myself, I guess you can call that custom...

I have a complete list of all the parts I've bought since I started earlier this year:
http://www.jackmoves.com/html/mod.php?mod=userpage&menu=1302&page_id=7
I'm still scared to add it all up  The kit alone you can get for $2300 now, it dropped like $600 bux in price about 3 weeks after I bought it. That is why the guy I bought it from gave me "free" gauges. Look on honda-tech for Kyle's groupbuy on the Maxrev kits. When I bought mine I got it with a Hondata s200 with all the features so I paid like $2900 or so.
Titus, ok just call me whenever, I should be home.

Looks good. Hope to see it run when its ready. I am a pro at the "Learning Experieces" if you are picking up what i am putting down.. My latest Learning experience cost me a $170 ignition modual.. OOPS!
Having helped Mark with his Turbo Type R I know a couple of "Tricks OF the Trade" to turboing a car. So when the time comes and i get all the parts for My turbo Monte Carlo Z34 project i hopefully will get things done without running into to many complecations or "Learning Experiecens".
Good Luck with getting things back to gether smoothly and remember to clean the Pipes inside before starting the car.. don't want metal shavings sucked in.

Yea, most definitely a learning experience :) But it's fun, I just can't wait to drive the thing. Thanks for the help yesterday, I should have all the piping done tonight. Need some new hacksaw blades though already :D Good luck with the Monte Carlo ;RoCkOn;

Hey Justin,
I have that pipe done for you and I'm picking up that Protective sleeving for your AC lines this afternoon. Give me a call if you still plan on coming down to pick them up tomorrow.

Sweet, thanks. It probably won't be until later in the afternoon like around 5 or 6pm. I need to take the other piping and stuff and get it welded.
Justin
Luck. Good Luck. :)
And yes - I am the typo king...
