Few powder coating questions

Okay so I just got a set of wheels that I need to redo.

Here is how they look now:

I was wondering if i did get them stripped how hard would it be to do the two tone again?

I donno when i strip it if the under color will remain or be blasted off.

All the coatings would have to be blasted off. From the pics I'm not 100% sure what two colors are there, but either way, I am not doing multiple colors at this time. It's more then twice the work and takes lots and lots of practice as far as laying 2 coats and baking each coat appropriately.

Edit: Earlier today when I opened the thread that 3rd picture wasn't visible. So are you saying the wheels have been powdercoated and your looking to go back to the original color(s)?

Yup if that would be possible. I have a feeling that the red would come off when it gets sanded off. But i am not sure what color it would be because some came in red and some in blue.

Yeah they are pretty F'ed up but I got them for a damn good price.

I'm still a bit confused. Are the wheels all messed up as-in somebody tried to strip them at some point? Thats my guess based on the pics. Anyway, if thats the case, then shoot me a PM if you want me to take a look at them and see if I can strip them. Again, if I can strip them I can coat them one color but there is not way I can match that 3rd pic, those things would be nearly impossible for me to mask off all those little sections perfectly.
