go me, its a 90 tsi gold with tan interior, 120k miles, for 1350 its gonna sit in the grage for the next 6 months and get made over so its all pretty and fast, its gonna be fun

Beware of the 3bolt rear end & tiny axles, Dan. They tend to snap under "stress".

yeah i know, im planning on breaking something, its pretty much my race car so its ok ot hurt it, i can fix it overtime

Thats an awesome price for that. I think I payed $3500 for mine and it had 160k. But then again it needed lots of engine work.

I bought mine with 20k on it for $12,900 back in '95 and I'm glad I'm the only one that has abused it and taken care of it at the same time.

took my car into the shop they quoted me 1300 for every thing that needs done, screw them im gonna get another shop to do it

what work do you need to get done that costs $1300. Our cars are extremely easy to work on. I say just get a chiltons and do it yourself. Or go to Forum.RMDSM.org. Theres a bunch of really smart DSMers there.

needs timing belt, tensioner, some thing related to the water pump cant remember off top o head, new wires, some new seal, idle air control valve, um im sure theres more but im pretty tired, i get a discound on all this stuff from jeep brodway which is on arapahoe now so i think im gonna do it through them
