I made it through basic. I did it all. I got marksmen but I do not care. I am a grad. I got my coin. For my APFT I got 60 push ups, 74 Sit ups and 13:58 for my run but I was really sick. I have Broncitus for 2 weeks and I have been sich ever since the 43rd AG. When I got here it was warm but not it is cold. It is always cold here not. Fucking Ice storms and everything. I did well through. No A15s, Not fights, an I did not shoot myself. I go my AIT after Xmas but I am a holdover untill then. All my traffic tickets were droped and I shoul no longer have a red licence in a few weeks. I am looking forward to coming home. It has been a long time here and I was to get back. I still need to play halo 3 and I still need to fix up the bike because I am giving it to my little brother. Long story but I go money now and I do not need to worry. So how has HAI been?

I am a 68W, combat medic. It is 19 weeks of AIT and then I ship to my duty station. I am thinking of going to MOS reclass when I get the chance. I am close enough to go up to be an Officer. I may just do my 4 years and get out.

Congrats. Was the run 1.5 miles? Did you have to do a 300 meter sprint as well?

Just stick with were you are at, if you are not going to make a career out of the militay. you dont just reclass to be an officer, there is OCS its a little bit more involved then just reclassing.

It was a 2 mile run. I did a 13:10 for the 2 mile on the pretest, but I was very sick when I ran the 2nd time. I lost 15 lbs from being sick. I went from 155 to 140 in 3 weeks. The reclass for Officer is 09S.

Congrats! Officer-ship is cool, but don't do it if you have any doubt.
