Effing Ricers

So I realized something today... There's a lot of ricers that are pussies. I was driving my Galant over to my dad's house, and I saw like 6-10 cars that were riced out to hell, or had those annoying ass loud fart cans. I never hear/see these cars when I'm driving in the DSM... It makes me wonder if the G is just a rice magnet or if they humble themselves in the presence of a real car.

Just something I was thinking about while I was bored.
