Skyline enterprises, a leader in sheet metal building products and roll forming equipment, is looking for a mechanically inclined machine operator and assembler.
There are two segments of this business and the position requires alternating back and forth as needed. Manufacturing of building products takes place on one side of the plant. There the employee will operate roll formers and punch presses and package the products as they are produced.
On the other side, the company builds roll forming machines and the position will require assembly and fabrication of the machines including drilling, wrenching, lifting, pressing, grinding, cutting and milling parts.
Requirements:
· Know how to operate hand & some machine tools
· Must be able to stand for the majority of the day
· Must take personal pride in craftsmanship
· Mill and lathe experience a plus
· Punch press experience a plus
· Must be able to read and speak English fluently
Compensation is DOE.
Location is approximately Kipling and i-70
