Incident Date November 19, 2007 Time 4:00:00 PM Division Sand Creek Shift II

Title Warrant Location 3664 Parkmoor Village Drive, Apt B

Summary On 11/19/2007 Sand Creek COMMIT Officers; conducting a Knock and Talk at 3664 Parkmoor Village Drive Apt. B; eventually executed a search warrant recovering 1000 grams of suspected marijuana and a 9mm. Additional PC was obtained and a second search warrant was prepared for 2204 E Platte Ave, identified as Industrial Auto Solutions. Over 8000 grams of suspected marijuana was recovered from this address as well. Officers then wrote an arrest warrant for the owner of the business (located at 2204 E. Platte Avenue), and a search warrant for his home address 4787 Artistic Circle. Prior to the execution of the third search warrant the wanted subject was arrested during a traffic stop,after he was observed leaving his residence.During the search of 4787 Artistic Circle Officers recovered $5000.00 in U.S. Currency.
