Edit: Originally this was for Amazon's deals, but might as well just have a general thread for people looking to stretch their $$$$ over the next month and a half or so.
No, this isn't spam, just a heads up.
Just like they did last year, Amazon is bringing in some kick ass deals for the holidays. The way it works, is you go to their main page, and on the right side you'll see a link to 'vote' for some deals.
There are 6 rounds, each round has 3 products at an amazing price. You click the one you would want the most. The winer is then chosen, and each day starting thanksgiving, they pick people at random who voted for that item, and give them the chance to take that deal.
It's a pretty sweet chance to get some killer stuff for cheap. For instance, the first round (for thanksgiving day) has:
Wii - $79
PS3 - $139
xbox 360 - $99
As you can see, those prices are amazing. They will be selling 1000 of each of those to lucky people who vote for the winers. Currently, the winers are:
1) Wii
2) Camcorder
3) Scooter
4) HD DVD player
5) Notebook PC
6) 46" HDTV
So, if you want a shot at some of those deals, I encourage you to vote. The only other tricky part is logging on each day to see if you were chosen.
Also, day after thanksgiving they are going to have a lot of sweet deals on stuff (Just like everyone else is, but without the lines/hassle).
