I test the igniter by turn the Multimeter to the Dwell function (step4) and it read 12.5 . The car start fine and drive fine but UNDER Full Throttle it back fire. and boost seem to go up slower then before. Wonder if it the igniter like last time.

Thats not an igniter function. You will have to look into other problems, the ignition secondary (coil, cap, rotor, wires, plugs) or in the actual health of the motor. COmpression and leakdown testing would be a good place to start.

It seem the the little metal circle wire on the Coil is bend. I wonder if that it.
Thanks Tobi. I'll check the Comp test & leakdown.

That would cause a big problem if the coil isnt making contact with the cap through that metal spring.

Where can I get that metal spring?? Do I need to buy a whole new Coil?

You cant buy the spring seperately, if you can find a used coil or distributor at a junk yard, you can pirate it out of there.
