Then do it, and don't post about it here. It's friggin gross, and if you want an Integra, go buy one. There's some for sale in the classifieds. It doesn't bolt up, and it's gonna require custom work. If you're competent in metal fabrication, have fun. But, I'm guessing, since you're asking, you have no idea how to do this. $$$ Get Integra fenders, bumper, headlights and hood, then cut off the front half of your Civic(which you don't have), and mate the two up.

A friend of mine got his done in Iowa. I think the usdm version is ugly. But if you went with the jdm version it would look good.

That turd is hideous.
agreed. But with the dc2 conversion alone it wouldn't look too bad. Why not just buy a teggy? or just spend the $$$ on some go fast goodies?

At one point, I was looking into doing a DA conversion on my ef. Personally, I think it looks good. It's a lot of fabricating to get everything to fit and I lost interest as I'm not equipped to do that kind of work. If I was, I would have done it a long time ago.
This conversion will cost a lot to do, and if the shop that does it doesn't know what they are doing, it will look like total ass, panels won't line up, welds will show, and it may not be structurally sound. If you have the cash to do it and are dead set on a conversion, I'd strongly consider doing the JDM DC2 front end conversion over the USDM as it has a cleaner look. Also, realy research the work the shop does. If the price sounds too good to be true, it is and they will rip you off. THis should cost a few grand to do it right.

It is very pricey, and i havent seen anyone mention the radiator support, which you will also have to replace with whichever style you are going to do. I personally am a fan of the j-spec front end, but only on an integra... But, whatever tickles ur pickle! GL, hope that helps!

I had my radiator support custom fabbed from the stock EG one. My conversion cost me $7,700. My front end was totaled though, so I had to buy new fenders, hood, bumper, radiator support, etc. Then it all had to be painted. Those non-HID headlights cost around $700 alone, so get ready to pay.

extremely recockulous. I had told the bodyshop I could afford $3000, then they drop the bill on me. It was in Germany, and the law was on their side, so I had to get a loan. I would not have done it, had I known how much it'd cost.

I had a friend a while back that drove a dc2 front eg, it was white I'm sure many people here have seen it. It just does look funny, for some reason it looks like the front of the car doesn't stretch to the ground and isn't in proportion or follow the same contour lines as the rear of the car.

yeah we did one before a few years ago you have to change out the core support and then use the front half of the integra fenders and the rear half of you civic fenders weld them together and ofcourse weld your core support. i liked it but also because we did it ourselves. i dunno if i would pay someone to do it
dude dont do it eg front is very nice

Could not agree more. The USDM would be a complete waste of money. The JDM like on Spoon92's old EG is very clean looking IMO. I dont know about spending over 7k for it, but to each his own.

Do what you want man its your car but i think that its not worth doing the conversion especially if it cost 7,700. I would much rather keep it lookin stock and buy a full-race turbo kit but that just me. i say buy a set of clean one-piece headlights for your eg not ass pricey and looks clean.
