I know the paint on my walls sucks so there's no need to point that out. I'm working on getting my house fixed up. 3 years of solid partying and people not caring (myself included) does a number on a house. But Shawn did some great work on the carpet.

I would like to point out the spots left behind here, we do remove red stains with specialized chemicals at an extra charge. I offer one or two for free but after the dirt was lifted there were several. There were a few other spots that needed the treatment as well, but at an additional cost. This was just a once over to try and clean the carpet to hold Dave over until he gets his flooring installed later on. The carpet was ready to throw away when I got there, but now it will last for a while for Dave for sure.
You are very welcome buddy! I am glad to be of service!

For the record, Shawn did say he could get those red stains out if I wanted him too but I plan on getting hardwood soon so it wasn't that big of a deal to me.
*edit* Shawn beat me to the explanation. lol
Great work, Shawn. I'll talk to my roomie and see if he wants his done, maybe give you some more bidnezz.

I haven't been able to upload the 'after' pics because our computer is on the fritz but we were happy with the job Shawn did on our carpets. I would recommend him for sure!
On a side note, the dog decided to rip up a little area of carpet the next day. That lil devil.

Eh, its okay! No rush guys! I am hoping I can get my camera working so I can put up some pics from the commercial jobs we have been doing.
Brandon, how big of a spot did he/she chew up? Does he/she continue to chew there? Depending on these 2 things, I may be able to repair it.

That's good to know. There's about a 4" square piece missing and a 8" tear that i kinda patched back together. We won't worry about it till we're moving out.

I cleaned the carpets at TC's old location today, and they came out very nice! Tobi didn't know, but I snapped a couple of shots from the office, which was the least soiled part of the carpet. I hope you don't mind:) It was an automotive shop office, so as you can imagine it had oil and dirt in it. The Rotovac made pretty quick work of it, and even removed a spot melted in the carpet by battery acid. You could hardly tell the difference, much less find the spot where it was after the cleaning.

Thanks! I look forward to doing more business with you in the future! I might show up next week to see how much it would be to swap the springs from right to left on the S-10, that lean just gets more and more on my nerves. :D

Thanks! I will have some more demonstration material posted in here soon with some really bad carpet. The ones I use under the car while I work on it. :)
Just curious, what do you say to the people who think that a carpet cleaner can't be much better then a rental unless it is one of those van mounted systems where the main unit stays in the truck?

Superb work. If I didn't have all hardwood floors you would have before and after pics of my house lol.

If you rent a machine, you are using soap to clean the carpet. That soap stays in the carpet due to a complete lack of a way to rinse it out, you can only apply more soap. Dirt sticks to soap like a magnet to the fridge. So the first difference would be the detergent. I use an emulsifier that breaks down the stains using enzymes rather than make the surface slick like the soap does. The emulsifier will evaporate with the water in your carpet, much like laundry detergent would if you hung a sweater up to dry straight out of the wash. There is no need to rinse as with the soap, so there is nothing for dirt to stick to.
As for the equipment, I do use a portable machine for extraction. Usually the truck mounted systems are more powerfull than the portable machine, making them the more desireable approach. The extractor I use is top of the line, and meets or exceeds the power of most truck mounted equipment.
Equipment/suction in CFM/Pressure delivery for cleaning solution
Truck mount/150 to 250CFM/100 to 600psi
Base model portable/100 CFM/105 psi non adjustable
Mytee Extractor/250CFM/0 to 450 psi adjustable

I rented a machine about 6 months before we had Road Runner do our carpets, the difference was night and day. The rentals don't do shit, they're a waste of money.

Oh, we shall! I'm thinking of having you do the entire car, perhaps create a portfolio for car interiors? I'll let her get ridicoulous (sp!) dirty before hand, like those oxyclean commercials :D

LOLz hell yeah! I will have a few of those carpet strips half cleaned on hand at the TC's grand opening. Remember those super dirty things from my garage? Should make for some good surprise reactions. :D

Oh, the things that were used to absorb antifreeze and oil, wipe dirty garage feet, and put dirty parts? Should be interesting.
