integra questions

I have a 90 Integra GS and the speedo doesnt work and the tach jumps around... How do I fix it? And the seatbelt light stays on too...?? Any help is apreciated

My seatbelt light was on constantly when my stop horn fuse went out. Brake lights would be out too though if the fuse is the same as a 91 CRX. The fuse is in the engine bay fuse box.

Your speed o might be loose in the tranny. So I would try checking that first. Not sure about the seatbelt light though.

Tach pickup is in the distributor.

ok so with the speedo check it on the tranny it could be lose or out of the hole it goes in and if its not that take apart the gauge cluster and plug it back in to the speedo and if none of that works you need a new speedo cable. the tech pick up is in the distributor and if you don't fix it there then you need a new tech put in and the setbelt light, ? does it make nosie when you drive if so check the fuses in the engine bay fuse box check all the wires and if its not making nosie make SURE THE DRIVER LAP BELT IS CLICKED IN it

Ok ill check that stuff out... And the seatbelt light doesnt make any sounds or anything... And both of the lap belts were clicked in too.

Also you have to open the drivers side door from the outside... If I pull off the door panel will that be most likely be an easy fix?

also check the ground wire on the thermostat housing I had the same problem before
