I was just wondering if any know if the cylinder wall thickness of an F22B (DOHC) is close the small thickness as a B18B. As i would like to boost an F22B

The cylinder wall thickness is not the weak spot on those motors. the ring lands on the pistons are.

How much boost you planning on?

t3/60-1 7psi or 9psi
300 where in the ball park of 300 hp

The sleeves will be able to withstand that with no issues, the pistons will take a beating at 9 but still last a while.

my only reasoning behind this is that the F22B is cheap and has good torque and hp.

No they are standard steel liners.

any idea on how much power you could make from an F22B (DOHC) with tuning and intake header and exhaust??

Ball Park??

Also do you if H23A/H22A are teflon lined?

About 250-275 on 9 psi.
The H22 and H23 are both FRM (Fiber reinforced metal) cylinder wall styles.
