Hitup my quick intro thread. I'm doing an introductory price of $30/each for wheels any size up to 20". This special won't last long, then the pricing will be set higher based on wheel size.
Thanks.

how much you charge for power coating s2000 valve covers?

I've got alot of emails and calls on valve covers...so I'll offer to do them cheap for the next month or so. $20 for a 4 cyclinder valve cover, $25 for straight 6 cylinders and V8 valve covers.
Thanks.

can you write something in powdercoat?

can you write something in powdercoat?

Umm, I guess technically you could if you had some sticker stencils or something that can hold up to 300+ degree heat.

Yikes! Loving the price on the valve covers, but you are hella far away! I wonder how much it would be for next day each way. Would it not be too much since its not very far by mail/Fedex/UPS?

Mark_H
10-17-2007, 06:08 PM
If anybody definately wants to drop off some parts just call my shop # and if I don't answer just leave me a message and I'll call you back to verify a time to drop items off.
Thanks a lot!
Mark

Not sure where your at, but I would assume shipping some stuff wouldn't be too bad.

What kind of turnaround time on a valvecover? I'm wondering, cause it's my only. I guess, if I brought it early that day, would you be able to do it while I wait? Coming from the Springs. Thanks.

Technically I probably could do it while you wait since you'd be coming from so far. If you are definitely interested in doing so, probably try to aim for a Sunday morning. Shoot me a call and leave a message if you'd like to arrange something.
Thanks.

FYI - I drive from Broomfield to Loveland atleast 3-4 timers per week, and am within walking distance of Mark's place. If anyone down here needs me to deliver something for them - I'll do it for $5. How about that?

Do you know how thick the PC is when it's done?

Do you know how thick the PC is when it's done?

I believe your supposed to aim for around 1-2 mils thick. There is alot of argument about the "perfect thickness" or exact thickness required. Heck, there isn't even a set standard measurement that powder coat guys use(Mils, millimeters, inches etc).

How long does it typically take to do a set of 4 wheels mark?

Mark_H

How long does it typically take to do a set of 4 wheels mark?

It basically just depends on my workload at the time. I'm still working through some bugs in my equipment and sent back my 1st gun that I managed to kill already. I've been telling people atleast plan on leaving stuff for 10 days or so. Once I get more and more busy I'll have a better time line for people.

Cool, thats exactly what I've been sugesting to lots of wheel customers. That way I'm not rushed since they won't be driving their cars anyway. Just hit me up anytime.
