Testing Waters: 11 second Civic

Well the time has come for me to possibly find a better daily driver because my beater crapped out on me and I don't like driving the civic daily.
1993 Civic cx with a salvage title: Car originally had some front end damage and was bought back and repaired. Front end could probably be straighter but I didn't care because I didn't want it to look nice for thieves.
Car has:
1999 b18b1(stock internals) purchased from Import auto salvage with papers, bought with 60k miles, now it probably has around 75-80k on it
inline pro cast ss manifold
Precision sc34 (approx 1500 miles on it)
Tial 38mm wastegate & tial 50mm BOV
Exedy Stage 3 clutch (approx 2000 miles on it, pretty harsh for street but I'm fine with it)
Hondata s200
turbo xs dual stage boost controller
precision small 350hp intercooler (painted black on one side, can be flipped around for the "bling look")
rc 650cc injectors
3in turbo back there is no muffler but a resonator, still not too loud and sleeper look
greddy electronic boost gauge
Momo steering wheel with quick release
Probably has a few other small things i'm forgetting

Swap was done by Me and a friend(2genCRX) and tuning was done by tobi, currently it has a switch for a e85 map and 91 map

Last time at bandimere it went 12.2 @ 119 twice and 11.9 @118 on e85 16psi and 23in M&H slicks, also went 13.4 on low boost(8psi) the same night. I know it can be faster because I couldn't get my full throttle switch hooked up right and felt like it was slighty missing up top, possibly due to plugs.

All oil lines are from fast turbo
Carbon fiber hood (cracked clear coat and a pain in the ass to close)
I think that might be it but there might still be a few other things.

The Good
Drove the car tonight on the 91 map. Ran like a bat out of hell. low boost was set at 7psi and high boost was set at 14psi. Pulled nice and strong on both. Would just break the tires loose in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd on the little 13in steelies I got on it. I'll try to scan the time slips from last summer as soon as I can but the three I have are 11.924 @ 118.65 w/ a 1.678 60ft, 12.238 @ 118.18 w/ a 1.863 60ft, and 12.298 @ 119.53 w/ a 1.874 60ft

The bad
Minor oil leaks, i think it is from the oil pan gasket. The tach jumps around sometimes but it doesn't effect the way the car runs. This car will also not pass emissions as it sits. Last time I did emissions on it was a year ago I believe and to pass I borrowed a friends stock header, exhaust, intake, and an obd1 ls ecu and stock injectors. I modified the clips on my rc injectors to fit both the stock and 650cc ones. Car was also having some trouble running in the winter time but it is running great right now. It might have been to the cold air or could possibly use another tune. I think that is about it. If you want to contact me email is the fastest. srcressman@gmail.com
