Where/who to fix paint scratches?

I've noticed a few paint blemishes, and was wondering if anyone had any reccomendations for where to get them fixed? Infiniti wants to do a full detail, inside and out, and a local body shop said they'd wanna repaint both panels completely. Being a dummy when it comes to paint, what is actually needed here? I tried that scratch remover stuff on the front scratch to no avail.

Depending on how deep they are, they might be permanent but you could always have a professional try and buff them out.
