well, I just completed the marithon turbo install, I think.....
Not a good day. Its almost 1:00 am, and I just finished cleaning about 3 quarts of oil off my garage floor. Greddy forgot to include the 2 1/8NPT couplings, an the ones I picked up locally had screwed up threads.
I worked until about 3:00 AM Sat mornig, slept till 7:30, worked a little, ran errands, took the oilpan out to dads the weld on the return oil fitting, then came home and gotback on it.
I really need more patients..............
So I wrap it up finnaly , think I'm done, start the car.....HMMMMMMMMMM sounds kinda funny.... turbo should sound diferent (so I've heard)...... sounds like something splatering....... Hmmmm.... oh well, I'll just check everything out, and I'm good to go...... OH SHIT........
Idiot boy didn't get the pressure line tight enough for the flare to seat. $&*$*@&&$$&@*@&#$ AHHHHHHHH...
well, the focker is tight now...
wonder how hard t is going to be to get that huge MOBIL 1 stain out of th concrete.........
sorry, everyone is a sleep, and I had to vent. not only did I loose about $11 worth of oil, but now I have to wait till tomorrow to test the turd...err.. turbo out.

heh...sucks man. I try to avoid doing that sort of work when I'm really tired just because of things like that. Hard to be sure you have everything done when you arent really alert.

Good to hear. HAI recruits another boosted Honda. We need all the help we can get vs. those "supercar" guys, if you know what I'm sayin'.
I wish my garage was that pretty. It's so not even close. My parents have WAAAYYY too much shit in our garage. Plus one whole side is devoted to my 4 motors, interior, ALL my stock parts for me and my sister's B18C1 '96 Civic 4 door.

Yea I got the "kit" at Home Depot. $50 bux per kit and I had to get 2. Basically one kit covers a single car sized garage. Preparation for the turbo install in a few weeks :)
I'm all anal about my stuff like that, so it has to be neat and clean. Plus this is the first house I've ever owned, we (fiance and I) just moved in Sept 1st :p

Congrats on the house and the future marriage Justin... I'm in the same boat pretty much... When's the wedding? Mine will prolly be in August. She's got the dress picked out already, but we're still looking for a place to have it.
Well, I'd like to do that to my garage, but I'm not sure the apartment complex we live in would like that too much, hmm.

Thanks guys...our wedding date is August 1st next year. We're gonna have it at the Westin right near the Westminster promenade :)
Getting this house was dream come true, I still can't believe we were able to get it, haha. 2 car garages own :p

Hey, sorry to harp on this, but how is that floor to work on? Is it much more rough than the cement, that makes it touch to lay on?
Thanks for the bandwidth.

Greddy basic civic kit. The gauge sits solid at 7 lbs under heavy load... I'm planning on hitting the local track on ths Friday, I'll be sure to share the info...
