Oil feed fittings for turbo

Anyone know if the oil feed port in a b18c1 is 1/8 BSPT or 1/8 NPT??? I'm talking about the one right next to the oil filter, btw. I have been getting mixed answers, some say it is for sure BSPT but the NPT will work. I don't want to jack up the threads and get the wrong fitting. The oil feed kit came with the fittings I need, but it is supposed to be mounted w/ the T fitting directly connected to the block. I've heard that this can be bad because it can potentially break off from motor vibration. The alternative is to run a line from the oil feed port and have the T mounted on teh firewall. Then run the oil feed line from there. Anyways, I'm having the worst time trying to find any BSPT fittings, or whether or not I can just use a 1/8th NPT fitting...Any help?

Yeah justin, 1/8 BSPT. My T is right in the block, but I'd feel more comfortable having it not in there. It sometimes leaks too. You can put the T in there though, just watch it. Mine's been in in my LSVTEC and this motor, just leaked a little on the LS/VTEC. I don't think OnTrack would have 'em. I'll find out for you though.

Cool thanks. I was able to find the parts I need though. I'm gonna run a -4an line from the block to a T on the firewall, then run the turbo feed from there.

I got my intercooler and piping yesterday, just need my other oil lines to come in and the turbo flanges and HOndata, and I'm set to go.

Where are you getting your Hondata from? I know of 4-5 guys locally that are going to buy it soon, most of them work at Importsports. I might be able to get you a deal on it.

I got it throught the guy I bought my turbo stuff from, kyle@ks-motorsports.com. I got a sweet deal on it and the upgrades. I'm paying quite a bit less for the datalogging and romeditor upgrades then what they are advertised at on Hondata's site. I'd take you up on the hookup, but I've already paid for this one :)
