What do you guys think of the upcoming G8 by Pontiac?

It's pretty much a rebadged Holden Commodore VE with a Pontiac front bumper. It'll have 362hp and of course, 4 doors.

I'm tempted to get it, but I'll probably wait until the rebates come into fruition.

Yea, but most holdens look like Pontiacs. I.E. the Monaro looks like a GTO. but they are not bad, I think the Holden have a more aggressive look though.

Lol, funny how our "new" GTO is penned off an design penned in 98. Typical, keeping in line with the domestic theme. Change through new body lines, not innovation.

I think if it proves to be a good car it could compete with the Audi A4, IS350s, etc..

It stops faster than an M5. 6spd automatic is standard, 6spd manual optional, pretty fucking awesome.
Definitely a badass car. I'm sure if it can easily be modded it will be hugely popular

Wow, that guy sounded like a tool. The car it self looks great, i love how the stated the GTO looked like a "bloated cavalier"

There will be no competition, the G8 will blow them away.
