I'm still not 100% happy with the design. Because of how and where the peg mounts to the frame, it's difficult machining a piece of metal to take the place of the actual peg itself because it's "slanted". After much trial and error with test fitting, grinder, test fitting, grinder, and back again, I finally got the base to fit with a washer on each side of it. The adjusting support was then welded on, holes were matched and drilled, and voila!

Hey man, was wondering, could you go ahead and drill the holes? I figure if the holes come out too big, I can just use a washer.....

I am the proud owner of no drills haha. Big thank you for the time you took on this.

You think I could pick this up from you on Wednesay sometime after 4:30pm?

AFAIK, that should be A-OK.

Actually... where's the race bike at now? I'd like a chance to test fit the thing and make sure it works the way we want before Friday.

It's in Arvada already loaded up in the trailer...

Hrm.

Okay. The only real concern I have is how "tilted" the camera will sit from left to right, since that part isn't adjustable. It's relatively straight in relation to how the peg itself mounted. If it's too far off, all we have to do is unbolt it, and bend it in a vice with a sledgehammer.

That sounds sooo technical heh

The banging on it with a sledgehammer part? ;)
