GSR hydro B18C1 transmission for sale... test drives available for serious buyers

FS: '94 GSR tranny out of my EG Civic, $350; I've replaced it with an ITR tranny w/ LSD.

Mileage is about 100,000; poss. less. The tranny came from a swap I pulled from a totalled Klode car. It had around 90k miles on it when I bought it, and I doubt I've put much more than 10,000 miles on my EG since I've put it together.

It's in very good shape except that the 5th gear syncros are worn... it'll grind if you try to shift fast/normal at higher rpms. Not sure how the PO managed to do that, but there it is.

Thanks for the bump dude. I'm out of town starting Friday 8/24 thru the weekend, and then I'm pulling the tranny, so if anyone wants to drive it, tonight or tomorrow is the time.

GSR tranny is out of the EGbeater and ready for pickup. tronic and I did record videos of me driving and shifting so you can see that it works fine.

The shifts from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd are both at close to redline (about 8k rpm) and I'm going hard. I backed off for 3rd to 4th b/c I didn't really want to be going 100+ mph in a 55 mph zone just for the video.

Like I said, it's a nice tranny. I'd rather underpromise and overdeliver than the opposite.

The setup: B18C1, JRSC with CRV crank pulley for more boost, RC Engineering 440 injectors, Phearable custom-mapped ECU, V-AFC, headwork by CHR Racing Heads (www.chrracingproducts.com), ITR cams/valvesprings, STR cam gears, JDM ITR header, Carsound highflow cat, 2 1/2" catback exhaust with Magnaflow 4" round muffler as a resonator and a Tanabe straightrhru muffler at the back.

Tuning by Tobi @ TC Performance. It's around 215 whp IIRC according to Tobi's Dynapack dyno.
