D16Y8 head question ?

On the D16Y8 head it has a what looks like a small ball bearing in the back of the head that the intake manifold covers up . now I want to put my D16A6 EF. SI manifold on to keep the car ( 91 CRX SI ) OBD0, but it doesn't cover that bearing . So what I'm wondering is will that bearing come out of the head if it's not covered up?;ScratchHe

I'm not positive but pretty sure that is a pressed in plug.

Its a pressed in passage plug. It wont come out.
