i have a 93 integra with the b18a1 in it and it is boosted with dsm 450cc injectors and it is wayyyy too rich, the problem is, i dont have an afc or anything in it to take out fuel, so my question is if there is any way to take fuel out without a fuel controller? Thanks!!

You don't have any type of ems? Why would you even drive it w/out atleast a basemap tune? But to answer your question, I'd say no, maybe if you had an adjustable fpr (which I suspect you don't) you could lower fuel pressure to the rail. How do you even know it's "wayyy too rich"..just checking plugs?

I wouldn't even start the car without some type of "fmu or base map" for the teg. Since you put a bigger injectors in there you need some thing to lean it out. the ECU send a current to the injectors still thinking it the 250cc "stock injectors" but now it the 450cc injectors that's in there, Therefore you are running real rich, I'm suprised that the spark plug doesn't get flooded during started up. For example 10% fuel on start up with the 250cc injectors is DIFFERENT then 10% fuel on start up with the 450cc injectors.
I suggest that you get some type of EMS for that car, either it the FMU,AFC,Crome,Hondata,Neptune,etc.. it's all depend on your budget.

You need a vafc, I tried that without and every timed it boosted to like 1 pound it would over fuel. Take your dipstick out and smell the oil

The whole point of larger injectors is to be able to control fuel under boost. If you dont complete the equasion (CONTROL) then you are wasting your time.
Step away from the car. There's no way anyone should be driving an N/A car, which has been boosted, without any engine management.
Talk to Tobi. Do it now.

Exactly...
running almost any amount of boost above 8-10 psi on a stock motor is dangerous, you CAN get up to probably 12 on a good tune on a stock motor but dude...you're gonna damage your engine bad.
yum yum...detonation..delicious.
note: numbers are based off experience with D-series, B might be different.

You shouldnt run ANY boost without a tune. But Im a tuner, so what do I know?

I've got customers with cars that have been running on stock motors for a couple years now at ~15psi... I've done well over 20psi on stock motors before (although this much boost with a big turbo on a stock motor is a timebomb.. I ahd one guy make 515whp uncorrected on a stock ls/vtec he abused daily, until he finally bent 2 of the ls rods after ~8 months). Hell, last night I re-tuned a customer with a stock h22 (that had been previsously tuned: supercharged on e85 for ~1.5 years at ~240whp uncorrected)... with a 550 shot, 300ft/lb and 300whp Uncorrected.
I've also seen built and sleeved motors blow up at 10psi because they decided to skimp out on tuning and do it the "cheap" way. I see it all the time. It boggles my mind how some people will put thousands into a motor and turbo kit and then skimp on/complain about the price of quality engine management and tuning.
Damn! A 550 shot?!?!

i would say if you dont get a tune.... at least get a aem fuel pressure regulator and maybe a fuel rail. and down size the injectors to the 300 something series dsm ones, but for how much thats gonna cost you could just go get a tune or a map or something, but these guy are right, i woudent drive it untill its tuned

I'd take a crome or even an uber setup over a blue disk of death or a VAFC setup =X
