problems

just recently replaced my head gasket on my d16y8 and ever since its been back together its been acting a little weird. when i first start the car all the lights hesitate. they get brighter and dimmer constantly until i drive the car for like 20min. and my vehicle speed sensor doesnt work at all. but after driving the car for a while the the the gauge for my speed start freaking out and eventually it works fine but not till im driving for about 30 min or so. i can figure out whats going on anybody have any ideas. i would appreciate it alot thanks!

Check the wire harness under the intake manifold. On your car it is notoriously bad for wearing through and shorting out on some of the wires.
Doing the head gasket may have aggrivated it.
