Help...Rubber molding

Does anyone know how to remove the rubber molding in the side window and rear window? Please help... I need to get these off to put on new rubber molding. I don't want to damage the car paint. http://i58.photobucket.com/albums/g240/honda1982/Phoenix038.jpg

hahhh.... I found out that the quarter panel window (triangle window) and the molding are one piece and that I can't replace the molding unless I replace the whole window (triangle window).
