^^^ I wouldnt consider it way overpriced for what he has done. Replicating it would certainly cost way more. If the motor was built by Tobi (just guessing since he must have tuned it) or another reputable shop then it most likley will last. It would help if he had a better turbo kit or baller wheels for the price, but for being sleeved its about average asking price.

You can sell anything for any price if you hold out long enough and find the right people. But he's going to have a hard time finding anyone to buy that for 12k....most people don't have 12k cash to throw into a Civic, it would need to be financed, and no bank in their right mind would loan that for the year it is. He'll most likely trade it, or part it to get close to that much money out of it...

And you can go thru all the mods in the motor and it might come close to 10k, but we are talking modified Honda's here, they don't really hold their value. For 12k, I would expect nothing but an amazing build ie. AEM EMS, LSD in the tranny, upgraded axles, better turbo/mani/dp combo.

I as well last year got $10,500 out of my semi-built EG last summer. I was just saying his starting price is average, and he is negotiable. But since he said something bad towards Pete, his car should be burned.

The guy that is selling this is not the one that is saying anything bad, im just saying this tard on HT was. NOT the seller of this car. AND to add to that, I would not sell my car for anything less then 10K. Thats just me.

That motor is crazy as hell and damn near indestructable I read the whole write up on HT when he was selling it a few years ago. Servion Tunned it I am pretty sure this is the one.
