My brother gave me his 360 and he said that the drive wont open. And said if I call this number I can get a new one. He failed to tell me the number so I was wondering if anyone knew what it was. 1800myxbox something?

Yeah............I was on the phone for 2 hours. I almost put a bullet in my head from listening to there "amazing" waiting music. LOL. I'm getting a fixed 360 4 free. YAY FTW.
