so i found out they found the car on monday, and its been sitting at a yard that cost $50 a day. :( i guess they just took the wheels as far as i know. but, i cant put wheels on it and drive it out because of liability issues. so they have to tow it out of there. fuckers. but i guess there is a tree they could tow it to for $30. so yeah, anyone want to sell me cheap wheels and tires....?

Can you clarify the liability thing? I know a tow guy and have talked to the PUC about tow companies having their own rules that aren't enforceable. I've been able to drive out of other tow yards.

Your like me man, I wanted to just quit this bullshit after seeing my hatch man, they raped that thing. It was almost like they raped me in some ways. It's fucked up man it's bullshit, I never honestly knew what it felt like to have a car stolen from me, I have had a few nice civics, and none of them have ever came up missing. And the day I walked out to get in my car for work and my car was gone, I knew right then and there that it was fucking gone.

Then the hope that you will get it back in one peice for days sucks. Then getting it back and seeing how fucking trashed it is sucks. I know how you feel, that shit has to be one of the worst feelings right there.

No, it should just be clean, salvage, which can be rebuilt and inspected to get a rebuilt from salvage, or BOS for parts only and never titleable again.

no. but its cool. im done with honda for a while. just to let anyone that is thinking about buying it, the speedometer dosent work and the vtec wires arent connected to the ecu. we did connect it, but a day later it started running like sh!t. so i disconnected it and it ran good.
