Will a tranny from a non turbo(3sge) mr2 work in a turbo(3sgte) mr2? Are the trannys the same? please help, I need an answer by saturday.

I believe the bell housings are the same - they should be interchangeable.

Might wanna double check MR2OC.

im pretty sure all "s" series motors are interchangeable, for the most part. and since the 3sgte is just the 3sge with a turbo, it shuld work

Will it work? I talked to moe and he said the axles and hubs are needed. friend just needs to get his car back on road.

when did non turbo MR2's get a 3SGE? I thought the N/A ones are 5SFE motors (2.2 litre)

The N/A MR2s and the GT Celicas were powered by the 5SFE, yes.
