registering car

Does anyone know if you can use your college address to register a car, I want to register my car in fort collins because larimer county does not require an emissions. I was thinking if I get my address on monday when I go for orientation, I could go to the DMV and have my address changed. Would this work?

If you can receive mail there and prove it's where you live, then I don't see why not.

I called the emissions place but no one picked up. Hopefully they give me a call back tomorrow, I will let everyone know if it works just incase others are looking at getting around emissions.

I called at 1, but the number on the larimer emissions site was directly to some guy so I just left him a message with my number so hopefully he gets back to me soon. I am looking at a car on ebay that ends monday at 6pm
