Umm, I'm not sure if I'm just being paranoid but that looks just like my buddy Joel's car which was stolen at like 60k miles.

I'm not sure if his car was 98 but it was definitely a black RS with a GSR interior and a very similar looking body kit. I'd be interested in seeing what the front of that car looks like. It could very well that they just swapped out the rims for another black set and just painted over everything after the engine got sold.

Looks like the same tail lights and red acura tag.
Now that I look again I think the wheels are the exact same too.

I guess the body kit is a bit different, the rear bumper is completely different for sure but he doesnt show the front of the car.

Go take a look at it. Try and get a look at the VIN or see if it's been replaced.
