I've got a subtle pain in my lower back right side, sort of like what you get when you cramp up from running a lot only it's not so strong.

Whats back there?
Is this my appendix saying I am about to send you to the hospital?

Do you have health insurance?

Yeah I do. I saw a doctor last week, they did a blood test and he said I was healthy.

It could be allergies that are treating me like shit.

Get a second opinion.

Well all of my symptoms are pretty general and could be applied to anything from stress to leukemia. The blood tests eliminated most major illnesses. The biggest explanation right now is just the allergies are kicking the shit out of my body making it work 2x hard to get through the day.

There isnt really anyone who will be able to say anything conclusive unless something begins to get worse.

K, so what are you asking us for if you don't want to listen to our opinions? lol. You're the guy that calls into tech support and when you get the answer, you tell the tech person they're wrong.

Matt, shut up. I was asking what organ is behind the lower right back.

Kidney infection or small kidney stone... can be a dull ache, wouldn't necessarily show up in a blood test, can make you nauseated and feel crappy. Best guess given the symptoms you put out there.

I looked it up here - http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/kidney-infection/DS00593/DSECTION=2

I'm not having any trouble peeing, fever, nausea, or any of that really.

I think it just might be a virus because I traveled so much this year. I crossed the country 3 times, went to asia and moved around their too.

could be, but a kidney stone won't give you a fever (unless its an infected stone) or trouble peeing and the pain can range from aching to SEVERE pain... just a thought though, I only went to nursing school for 4 years to venture guesses ;) I'm no doctor.

Hopefully it's not sciatica. I had back surgery last year. BOO!

Hum, my dad had something like this a while back, we thought he pinched a nerve again, because it was in his lower back, on the right side. So I took him to the VA, and got a ton of blood tests, and they all came back healthy, the doc said it could have been just a kidney stone, but my dad never felt himself "passing the stone" so we dont think it was, because from what everyone we know that has had a kidney stone, said it hurt like a fucking bitch to pass. But, after about, the middle of the second week, the pain finally went away. He just kinda relaxed, didnt lift anything heavy, run, work on cars, etc. So, just take it easy, thats really all I can say. I'm deff. no doctor.
