exhaust ticket worth fighting?

Got one this morning, not even going fast, in second gear, way before VTEC too, says it was way loud to him. He didnt go by a decibal meter of an type...If I do go to court for it what should I expect?

nope. i think a modified exhaust in any trim is illegal in colorado. They worded it very very loosely (something about loud or unusual sound if i remember) and the court can always claim it sounds "unusual" since it doesn't sound stock.

downtown springs... it can be hella loud though if I was on it,, just wasnt really when he heard me. think he just saw it wasnt a stock sounding car...
