MP3 splitter?

Are there any free, easy, reliable programs I can download to chop up some MP3's into ringtones? My Samsung phone can only use pretty small files for ringtones.

I actually just found one to do this with this weekend. I just uploaded it for you, too. Download the DLL file in there as well, you'll need it to encode (export) the modified file back into MP3 format. Freeware.

For what he wants to use it for, that program will work just fine. I just used it for a new ringtone last week.
