Brand new Samsung t619 GSM cell phone

As title says, brand new still in the box and never powered on Samsung t619 cell phone. This is locked to T-Mobile but since it's GSM you can unlock it for cheap or possibly free and use it on Cingular or other GSM providers around the world. Buying this phone w/o a new plan or contract extension would run you $250+ but I'll take $145 for it and will throw in a brand new car charger as well. Delivery, shipping available at additional charge. Local deal preferred to avoid that PITA though. Paypal also available but buyer pays the 3% Paypal fee. I have over 3.000 positive eBay feedback at 99.6% for those of you who don't know me.
