Rapid ignition module

Anyone use this on their bike? I went to a shop off of platte and Gunnisan, they sold this with a dyno tune for 500. Claimed to be better than a power camander

I doubt it if no one has heard of it... plus PCIII can be backed up by anyone who uses it... which is a lot of people
