i just drove back from galvaston Tx just south of houston, and i gotta say that even the worst colorado driver is better than the best texan driver i saw down there. every driver down there is such a backwater redneck yokel their not use to using signals or their doing 10 under the posted limit in the left lane.
fuck texas drivers makes me want to flip off anyone with texas plates
on another note csp are a pain in my ass, i drove all the way through Tx and didn't get a ticket until after springfeild CO, then in a stretch of 60mi i saw 3 csp's. then nothing till i got home
one prohibited lane change ticket and
one six point ticket for 95 in a 65 later...
well i'm just happy to be home again

HAHAHA... that would be east Texas, remember Texas used to be a country... It is the reason we can fly our flag without the American flag.. But east Texas they drive like shit, not that Central Texas where I live they don't. Just not as bad... Here in Central Texas it is Rubbernecker territory

yeah thats what i'm saying, i have to go back to lamier CO on june 26th to go to court for the speeding. it wouldn't be so bad if i didn't have to go and could just pay a fine. i'm not happy about the car ride

at least you did not get one in texas.. Texas does not have state tax so they rack in the money off tickets I got one going 75 in a 65 and it was almost $300

yeah i was happy i didn't get lost going though dallas. i was hella disorientaned at night in the city with no mountains. and the whole time in Tx i only saw maybe 2 troopers and one was at a gas station filling up.
i hope its only a fine and not any days in the pokey.
its only a 6 point ticket, 95 in a 65 and when i got pulled over the cop asked me if i knew how fast he had me at and i tried to kinda lowball it and admited to 95 but was actully closer to 105, then he was "yep, 95 is what i clocked you at" i was thinking he just saw me flying and knew i was over the limit and pulled me over, i should of tried to say 80.
but can radar clock on coming traffic?

Quite ironic coming from someone who hails from a shithole such as Aurora to talk down on Texas drivers.

Yup, those bastards. I got clocked doing 6mph over and it was $150. Please make check payable to Judge Billy Bob.

like the DFW area is any better, at least we can keep all our crap in one place(commerece city) that whole state looked like shit.
i'd rather have a little asain woman from aurora driving in front of me over a texan from po'dunk any day.

Easy there.. just because DFW and Houston look like shit and even El Paso Area looks like shit too does not mean the whole state looks like shit... I do not say that because the whole eastern half of Colorado is flat that the whole state is flat...

i can't say the whole state was bad, it has it good points and the people where nice when they weren't driving oblivous to others.

I would agree.. I hate Eastern Texas... Central is nice, lush green and rolling hills... the people are nice... But they suck at driving.
I've been to a lot of areas in Texas and while the city driving is like normal city driving I have seen plenty of old cowboys drive down the shoulder on a 2 lane highway to let me or another car pass without needing to get into oncoming traffic.
I've never seen that anywhere else on a normal basis.
