good and cheap obviously...I'm not looking for typical muffler shop responses...anyone got a place they've had one done at or seen on done (preferably in springs) that can recommend me?

that's one of the few things I got left to get this turbo kit done

the guy on this board who does his own mandrel bending.......01ITR#700......I don't know if he is in town or not though.
