For the Blackberry Pearl (8100)

The tackball on my pearl is slowly fading away, and its driving me nuts. Especially since it just looks 'old' and.. fading 'yellow.' I found this cool mod that you can change the color of your 'Pearl' without breaking apart the phone, or coloring the ball with a sharpie.

it sounds pretty cool but i got the 8800 which it says, apparently, causes a constant loop problem...might try it anyway tho... it's just a work phone!

read about a similar program if not the same one that some people have problems and have to wipe the os and reinstall it.

the Pearl is a sweet phone. I have the program loaded on to my 8100, and ive had no problems yet.

They don't record video though... which is why I don't own one.
