View Full Version : READ YOUR POLICY!

It seems that no one reads their policies these days and then gets mad when something isn't covered. One exclusion that I wanted to make sure you guys knew about was the exclusion for racing. I don't know of any company that will cover a loss if they knew you were racing. I know some people have had a claim covered while they were racing but they got lucky. So next time you want to street race, think twice bc your insurance company will deny your claim if you crash.

That's just one of the exclusions. I figured since most of us race, I'd make a thread for it.

That is correct. It's a bad time to find out that racing is excluded.

Yes, it is covered.

It would just be failure to maintain proper lookout, or failure to maintain control of the vehicle. An at fault accident, but still covered.

You may run into difficulties if the "passenger" is injured though. They can potentially get less money by not wearing their seat belt.

What if she's wearing her seatbelt, but bites off your penis? And on top of that, what if you aren't at fault and get hit?

I suppose that the proximate cause of the girl biting your penis off could be attributed to the other vehicle striking your vehicle. Even though what she was doing wasn't exactly safe, it doesn't make it illegal. And even if it was illegal, it still didn't cause the accident.

Now, it might be able to be argued that if you get into a car wreck with a dick in your mouth, you are bound to bite the dick off. It would then have to be argued that insurance only covers sudden and unexpected losses, and since it was expected that an accident would cause you to bite a dick off, then it could be suggested that the claim be denied.

However since one could, and should, normally be able to hold a dick in their mouth, without biting it off in the case that an accident does not occur, it would still be reasoned that the collision itself was the proximate cause of the dick biting.

So even though I said that one could argue that other stuff, no one ever would, because it wouldn't stand a chance in real life.

If you lost your dick I do not think you would be worrying about the car.

In my experience, people care much more about their cars than they do themselves.
