nah, just the ass end at the top of the pic not even taillights. it says 2/23 at 8:15pm and it's pretty dark.
i think your thinking of redlight photo tickets, this happened on a e-470 toll road and they only catch the ass end as it goes through, from what i've been told.
scince it doesn't show the tailights i don't think it was my civic.

There was a story on the news about this a few years ago, they ticket the wrong vehicle all the time.
I'd fight it if the plate # is wrong.

You could fight it even if the plate # is right. Photo tickets are a joke. They aren't given to you by a police officer, and they aren't a summons to court, so they really don't have any legal meaning. They're just trying to intimidate you into paying up, so that they don't have to go through the legal process.

Werd to that ^
All tickets must be personally issued by an officer, or proxy of the court (I.E. District attorney, ect.) The Toll road is also a privatized road that pays dividends to the cities and counties it goes through. A private company cannot issue you any kind of a ticket. Just like the photo radar vans.
I say mail it back to them with a letter saying "not my car" and call it a day.

I've never had a parking ticket, but we're talking about photo tickets here, which is not the same thing.

So do you just go through tolls and such and just toss out the warnings?

No, that would be wrong. It doesn't matter if I could get away with it or not... that's just not something I could see myself doing.
I've only had one photo ticket, which was for a red light in Boulder... I entered the intersection while the light was yellow, and the picture clearly showed my rear wheels being in the intersection as the light turned red, which makes me innocent under state law. However, the People's Republic of Boulder had a city ordinance that destroyed the whole concept of legally being in the intersection as the light turns red, so I was guilty under their law. Being that local law does not override state law, and that I have no respect for Boulder Nazis or photo tickets, I simply ignored both of the intimidating letters that they sent me, and the issue went away.

Call them and tell them this happened. They will take care of it right away. Shouldn't be an issue. Same shit happened to me.
