So I am taking the plunge. I'm getting a '97 R33 Skyline GTS-T from Australia in a few weeks, and I need to know what to do about the ECU profile. In Japan they use 100 octane, and here in Australia its 98, and they have to use octane boost. What can I do to make sure the motor doesn't blow up the first time I have to fill up the tank?
To get it legally imported, I have to sign a contract with a registered importer (RI) to have it complied to US standards. Will they fix it?
