I went to a couple of Ford dealerships today and checked out the new '03 Cobras and yes,the list price was $34,700 and then they were gouging $10,000 on top for a a total of just under $45k.:eek:

What a bunch of :fu: ,dealers ;kiss: !!!!

well, its also a 395 hp s/c v8. thats vette territory right there. too bad SVT quality cant compare to the vette's

Geez - that's just WRONG> Even the $35k pricetag is too high...

The build quality had better be near Mercedes or Porsche/Audi...

And it needs a blower, and 32 valves to even come close to an LS6.

go online and find a Ford dealship in Southern California and ask them whats the best price they can get you. In California theres a ford store every 5 miles so there always trying to cut each others throats.

Personally I would not pay the mark up, but I would pay the 34 or 35 for it. I got to see one up close today and check it out at school and it was a very sweet car.....

I think they're lame IMO, I've just never liked newer mustangs...To each their own tho...

What do the new/final year WS6's run cost wise?

They are around 36k. I looked at them a month or two ago. Personally I just like the look of the mustang better.

there was one at bandi wednesday, dude could NOT drive. soft launch, lift throttle shifts and still pulled a 14 flat at over 100mph.

Bwahahaha! That's what I did in my 2nd DSM when it was nearly stock. :) An $8k car with like $100 in mods. :)
