There's no need to be hateful towards Tonnerre. He just needs to go to court, see what the judge says, and deal with the penalty. I bet the prosecutor will still even offer him a plea bargain. I've gone to court for tickets enough times to know that Failure To Appear happens all the time, and I've never seen anyone get into serious trouble for it in a traffic case... you mostly just risk suspension of your driver's license until you pay the fines, and possibly having a warrant out for your arrest. Other than that, there are just some additional fines, which tend to be minor. Call the court and ask them what you need to do to settle things.

Thanks man. I am just sick of this. I was giving the chance to take the test for the endorsment but some fuck creamed my bike in the parking lot and I gave up. I will call them soon. I got to study now though.

Don't even need a bike to get the endorsement. Take the MSF course. They provide the bike and when you're done, take the card to the DMV and get the endorsement for 10$ I think.
