I ordered a PCM for my 91 dodge ram, they gave me the wrong one. It fried after 2 weeks. They do come with a warranty, however since they first sent my PCM in the lost it.. Now here it is 6 weeks later, they promised me one from dodge, and now there backing out of it, There saying Dodge cant get them one. So now they wanna refund my money and give me money for a core charge. Well the problem is, every where else I call for one, they need the numbers of my original PCM which I'll never see again.;NutKick; Ive had other issues with them, trying to find a obd1 b16 dizzy, They got frustrated helping me and made it very clear.
I had to rant or id blow up, Wish they could say straight up say they were having issues here, but no, everytime i call them they tell me to wait another 4 or 5 days,
Now I know why you see disgruntled customers going back to a business with a gun. Not that i'm gonna.
thanks for hearing me bitch:PIMP:

wouldnt doubt it, a guy there argued to me that 90-95 acuras were the second gen with obd1, I showed him the b16 dizzy with grey plugs and he was clueless, but told me he had a fully built b16 and was sure what I did need,

Lol at Vato Zone. I just got a shitload of parts needed to complete my build from Pikes Peak Acura. The dealership prices were lesser in some comparisons. And that was for OEM parts ftw. I could go on and on about Vato Zone. Duralast shall NEVER find its way on my car!

Having worked at NAPA for a short peroid of my life (oh lord, I'll never go back) and being the spawn of a 2x master tech here you go:
~You can keep buying parts (esp. electrical stuff) for your car and they'll keep breaking cause they were cheap to buy, cheap to make. You can defend yourself with the lifetime warranty, but your labor is free, right?
That's why most professional and reputable car repair businesses don't use auto zone or CSK parts. Go to the parts place with the old dudes (and little girls) who know their shit, not the ricer boys who had to ride their bike to work because the whip is broke.
