Tranny???

I have an si tranny. Is it interchangeable with all single cams???

im guessing by single cam si you have a d16z6? all d-series trannies for the most part have the same bell housing.

that tranny will still work with all d-series motor you just have to change the clutch

Also the 88 and 89 trannys have completely different splines from each other and from the 90 and up trannys and hydro is in effect from 92-UP. All the clutches are interchangeable after 90 although some (like th EX) have more surface for better clamp or so says super street I've never personally measured them.
