hey.. i have all my wires hooked up right and everything and my amp has power.. the light is on.. but the amp isnt working.. can anyone help me.. should i open it up to look for loose wires or fuses? or does anyone know lots about them.. the amp itself and what i should be looking for.. because i dont want to pay to have it fixed if its something i can do my self.. i had it in my car with my subs working fine.. then took the amp and subs out to goto vegas for 2 weeks then put it back in and nothing worked.. help..
Do you have the your regular speakers hooked into the "high input" of the amp. That caused me some problems.

If you want to build a project car, you should get a daily driver and THEN worry about a project car. I've certainly learned not to modify your daily driver.. its nice to have something reliable to drive and leave the project car in the garage to work on when you have the time and money, instead of it always being a "oh (*&)(*& I have to have this put together before the weekend is over!" situation.
Man, that's some change for a car payment. Then again, I'm pretty cheap when it comes to adding monthly expenses. :)

Hrmph.. ignore the above post.. somehow it ended-up in the wrong thread.
I was wondering how come he couldn't drive his car with a messed up amp?
